Labour supply or full turnkey solution, we've got you covered

International Marine Recruitment operate throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. After listening to our clients, we’re able to identify the areas they need assistance and offer a range of bespoke solutions. This could be a simple supply of talented labour or a full turn-key solution including project managers, tooling and consumables.

The IMR Client Journey

1. Project discovery session

There is no one-size-fits-all solution and therefore to us, this is the most valuable step. We will sit, listen and unpick your requirements to ensure we fully understand what and who you are looking for.

2. Recruitment search commences

Once we’ve profiled your ideal candidates, our search begins to fill those vacancies. We will utilise our vast existing database and target new  individuals we believe meet your criteria.

3. COVID-safe interviews

All talent new-to-us sourced will be subject to full vetting and criminal record checks as well as an online COVID-safe interview so we can ensure they meet our strict standards of practice.

4. Shortlist supplied to client

Internally, we will then create a list of the most suitable individuals which is sent to our clients for their approval. This means you’ve not had to endure numerous sub-par applications.

5. Team is finalised

It’s then down to our clients to sign off on the team we have produced. If someone doesn’t quite fit or requirements change, we’re able to make those amendments before moving forward.

6. Ongoing support

We’ve successfully matched talent with your open positions, now our team are on hand to provide support for contract & temporary workers should any issues arise.
